Please read through the terms and conditions of our coaching agreement below:

Confidentiality
Everything we share in our work together is confidential within the online portal and group coaching sessions, unless you give me explicit permission to share any of it.

Payment
You agree to pay 3 installments of $399 USD, which grants you access to Seen in its entirety: the online course, lifetime access. Payments are not refundable for any reason.

Copyright Protection
The coaching concepts, materials and information are property of Ivy Miller Coaching and/or Lead by Heart and contain copyrighted material. You agree that you will not use or reuse our materials for any financial gain or otherwise distribute in any way.

You agree not to share your login details to someone outside of Seen.
Informed Consent

You understand that you are responsible for your own wellbeing. You agree that you have not taken on coaching as a substitute for the services of a therapist or a health professional.

You have not taken on coaching to handle a physical, emotional, mental or addictive problem. You are clear that no part of coaching is presented by or under the supervision of physical or mental health professionals.

Disclaimer
Although I am absolutely convinced that you will achieve great results through coaching, I do not represent a guarantee that you will attain a certain outcome or level of success.

As with any personal, transformative work, your success depends on many factors, including your personal motivation, time commitment, doing the homework consistently, showing up to calls, and how effectively you implement the tools taught.
Payment is an act of agreement to the above conditions.
