 Bi-monthly calls, led by Ivy, and you’ll have access to the recordings of sessions you can’t attend live.

  • How to get curious around their experience to help them open up and stop the fight

    • Finding Ways Forward (Blue + White Diagonal Statements)

  • Revisiting communication concepts covered in the program so they can stay top-of-mind, including:

    • Speaking from Analysis vs. Experience 

    • The Conflict Mind

    • The Ways We Respond to Pain

    • A Learning Conversation

  • Continuing to strengthen your self-talk and self-compassion

  • Continuing to deepen your self-awareness + helping you see your blind spots

Call Structures

2 calls per month

Each call is 60 minutes

 

 

The first call each month will be open coaching and Q+A. You can come to these calls with anything you’re struggling with in your relationship(s), and I’ll coach you on it.

 

 

The second call of each month will be dedicated to practicing and workshopping our communication tools. We will work through a moment of conflict using the conscious communication tools you learned during Months 3 + 4 of Loving Leaders.
